Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for product support
• Provide technical support to customers according to pre-defined Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Work with engineering team to provide solution to customer's issues
• Perform product installation and configuration on both Unix and Windows environment
• System and application testing

Cross-functional skills:

• Degree in Computer / Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Moodle Administrator using Moodle 1.9 or above
• At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in product technical support
• Solid experience in E-learning solution is preferred
• Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills is preferred
• Good knowledge in Java, PHP, HTML, Application Server, Windows/UNIX Administration
• Basic knowledge Apache Tomcat, MySQL Database
• Solid Internet technologies knowledge such as Load Balancers, DNS, Web servers and n-tiered Architecture
• Good problem analysis techniques, ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good presentation and communication skills, resourceful and self-motivated
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Well organized
• Customer facing experience

Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for selling our e-learning products and related services. Commissions are available to the candidate on all concluded sales, according to the territories assigned.

• Learn and fully understand e-Learning products to ensure high quality product demonstrations can be made to both existing and potential customers. Product knowledge includes architecture, functions, and deployment methodologies
• Conduct solution qualification, presentation and develop an effective proposal to close sales
• Co-ordinate with team members on client requirements and project delivery
• Manage and maintain excellent customer and partner relationship with excellent services
• Consistently meet/exceed sales quotas within specified time frames

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years of proven sales performance and records
• Have experience in selling enterprise level solution and performing product demonstration in a sales environment
• Strong prospecting, communication, interpersonal, presentation and consultative selling skills
• Able to write detailed analysis reports and sales proposals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong, positive attitude and work ethic
• Must be highly organized and able to prioritize
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Be fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Willing to travel frequently
• Possess sales experience in education sector will be an advantage
